Andrea is amazing! I leave every Myofacial release appointment feeling more relaxed, with noticeably less tension and increased mobility. Her work is incredibly effective, and the results are consistent each time. I always feel better after a session and truly appreciate the care and expert skill she brings to her practice.

My friend purchased a gift card for me and after having one appointment, I was hooked and I’ve been back every few months since! The first time I went, I thought Andrea was psychic because she gravitated towards where I was most sore and tight. Andrea is truly special. She’s not your average massage therapist—her work goes far beyond relaxation. Andrea is incredibly in tune with the body and approaches each session with the intention to heal. Don’t come expecting typical long, flowing, oil-heavy strokes. What she offers is something much deeper: focused, intuitive work that targets fascia and areas of restriction. The sensation of her bare hands on my skin is intense but feels amazing. She often makes insightful comments about misalignment or twists in my body, things no other therapist has ever noticed. I trust her completely. Andrea also addresses more than just sore muscles. She’s helped me with sinus pressure, ear congestion, and tightness in my chest after bronchitis. After every session, I literally feel like I can breathe easier. Bonus: no cheesy spa music—just calming white noise—and her online booking system is super simple. Andrea is the best!

Andrea gives the best massages I’ve ever had. But it’s more than a massage, I feel like she is working on my body and my nervous system, healing it and repairing it overtime. I started seeing her a few months ago and I am in it for the long haul. Yes, she cancels occasionally and sometimes last minute and that can be disappointing. But the effort to reschedule is 1000% worth it. I think her readiness to cancel when she’s not certain she can give you her best is honestly a service to us, the customer, as much as it is for her. Massages are expensive and I would rather wait for a great massage than pay for a massage given by someone who wasn’t fully with it. Andrea is the most intuitive, intelligent, caring, present, impactful massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. I would gladly reschedule a hundred times to work with her as I can feel my body changing for the better with her work.

I started seeing Andrea at Apple Core Therapy back in 2019 when I was suffering from chronic back pain due to sciatica. Her work helped to relieve some of that pain and discomfort through that rough time, until my sciatica was eventually rectified in 2022. Since then, I've learned just how beneficial the myofascial and deep tissue therapy is for my body and overall general wellbeing. I had such a positive experience at Apple Core, that I kept a biweekly appointment schedule with Andrea since 2022, and thus it is now a regular part of my overall health and wellness routine. Andrea does phenomenal work and I would highly recommend Apple Core to anyone in need.
