I went in for a 60-minute deep tissue body massage and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and beautifully set up, making it easy to relax right away. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. My massage therapist, Natthasha, was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire service. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and applied the perfect amount of pressure. The massage itself was both deeply relaxing and truly effective. I left feeling refreshed, relieved, and completely at ease. This was one of the best massage experiences I’ve had, and I can’t recommend this place enough. I will absolutely be returning and requesting Natthasha again!

I’ve lived in Portland for 10 years and this is hands down one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. Natthasha and her team have gone above and beyond to create a space that facilitates relaxation before, during and after your massage. When I walked in I was asked to take my shoes off and put my feet in a warm soak while I picked out what essential oil I wanted for my massage. I was then taken to the Bangkok room where I got the deep tissue massage with the de-stress face massage add on. Natthasha seamlessly integrated several modalities of massage and made me feel very comfortable with voicing what level of pressure I wanted. After the massage I was taken to the ocean room and given mango sticky rice with Thai ice tea. I will definitely be coming back.

I decided to treat myself with a massage/facial combo for my birthday and discovered this hidden North Deering gem completely by accident. Natasha welcomed me with a steaming rose petal foot bath, and spent extra time with me explaining the services as it was my first time here. The massage and facial were outstanding, the spa was meticulously clean, and Natasha was so professional and kind, even bringing me a special birthday tray before leaving (see photo). I would leave 10 stars if I could, best salon experience in Maine!

I received the gift of couples massage from my wife for my birthday. From the moment we walked in the door until we departed, the service, kindness, and good energy blew my mind. I've had massages, and we've had a few couples massages, but this truly WAS next level. The initial foot soak and introduction was an amazing way to acclimate before the massage. Ono was my therapist and my wife worked with Courtney. It's kind of hard to put into words the experience we had, but it was beyond any massage I've ever had, and a lot of the stretches and massage were done in unison. The level of professionalism coupled with kind, caring energy is unparalleled. The massage room was super cozy, with nice background sounds, and the massage tables were very soft, comfy and warm. Afterwards, they gave us a choice of a couple refreshing drinks and a couple of elegant snacks - i highly recommend the mango sticky rice! You are paying for the HIGHEST level of care and service here. It shows in every way, and I can't wait to go back! Thank you, Ono and Courtney! You made our day so special. ❤️

My friend & I were looking for a place to get pampered and I couldn’t be more grateful we stumbled upon Charm House! They were incredibly helpful with scheduling us together so our services swapped out with each other. From the moment we walked in the presentation was amazing. Starting with rose petal epsom salt foot soak and introduction, making you feel very comfortable and personalizing your services. We both got the De-Stress massage with Courtney & the Signature Facial with Natasha. I have NEVER had a massage or a facial like what I received and had no idea what I was missing out on. Both Courtney and Natasha were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and amazing at what they do. After our services we were treated to a little snack of macaroons, berries, whipped cream and chocolate with their signature pomegranate sparkling drink-amazing! Worth every penny. We loved this experience and will be raving about it for a while. Can’t wait to visit again. 10/10 recommend!!
