This was probably the best massage I've ever had. Chelsea was super attentive to my needs and left me feeling like I didn't want to leave. Book her you will not be disappointed.

Super bizarre experience here. I came in for a 2 week classic lash refill, it’s a foreign fill which I get isn’t ideal. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time which happens I get it, but I was hardly greeted when it was my turn. I tried to explain my lash style to her and she cut me off and just said she will try to match what I have. Come time to pay at the end of the service and she informs me that I will need to pay for a full set, despite the service being under an hour which is my usual time for a fill (I’ve been getting my lashes done for 5 years) and not saying anything about needing to do more lashes during the service. She could have said something at the beginning when she first saw my lashes or any other time, I would have just left less full rather than paying double without knowing it. Now it’s almost 3 weeks later, and I’m going to have to get my lashes removed and wait for regrowth because they weren’t properly isolated. I knew they looked off but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and get that everyone has a bad day.

I recently moved to Maine from West Virginia, and needed to find a new salon/studio to get my lashes done. I am so happy I chose South Portland Lash and Bodywork Studio. Chelsea did an amazing job on my volume lashes. They are perfect!!! Chelsea was sweet, and vey knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted. Her space is super clean and very cute. Chelsea is amazing! She's kind, sweet, and always willing to work with me to accommodate appointment date and times. I went through a few lash techs and am so glad to have finally found "the one". Her work speaks for itself and her prices are the best in the area! I won't go to anyone else for my lashes or brows ever again.

I just left my weekly lash appointment with Chelsea. I always leave feeling beautiful and cared for. Chelsea does so much more then keep me and my lashes looking beautiful. She infuses me with her good vibes, authenticity and loving heart. Adding lashes to my self care routine has done so much more than enhance my appearance, it has made me feel more like myself.
