I am writing this review to provide transparency for future patients and to highlight systemic issues regarding patient care and business ethics at this practice. The Clinical Experience: While the hygienists are professional, the management and dental oversight are severely lacking. During my treatment (including restorative work and an implant), I experienced a profound lack of accountability. On multiple occasions, the dentist was over an hour late or failed to show up entirely with no apology or explanation. This reflects a provider more focused on business expansion than patient trust. Administrative & Billing Issues: I encountered repeated insurance billing errors. When I attempted to resolve these with the front desk—backed by my insurance company's confirmation—staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Additionally, frequent last-minute rescheduling due to 'disorganization' caused significant distress. Ethics Warning: It is important for the public to know that this practice has offered free products in exchange for 5-star reviews. This manipulative tactic makes it difficult to trust their high rating. Conclusion: Trust is foundational in healthcare. If you have complex dental needs requiring a reliable, transparent, and present clinician, I cannot recommend this practice. The issues here are rooted in ownership and management, not the individual clinical staff.

The dentist and staff are kind and welcoming. They understand my dental anxiety and accommodate me. However, they did not go over the scope of work that was to be done, and it was more invasive than I expected today. Additionally, I was not aware payment would bd due at time of service so I was unexpectedly given a $450 bill. They were gracious to allow me to pay it partially today, and the rest on Friday. But this really set me back financially. In the past they used to bill my insurance first, and then they would bill me after the insurance paid. I did not understand this chance in policy, nor was I aware of it, but I appreciate the flexibly.

I had the best experience with Dr. Basha and his amazing team! They are incredibly caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I had multiple implants placed with Dr. Basha, and the entire process could not have been better. I came in feeling very anxious about having such a big procedure done, but Dr. Basha immediately put me at ease with his calm and reassuring approach. The harmony and teamwork between Dr. Basha and his staff made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

I appreciated getting in and having my crown replaced. They took great care of me, always asking if I was comfortable. The new crown feels great.
