I have asked them not to contact me or offer me any promotions but they keep reaching out with offers. I had written an honest review about their unprofessional terrible customer service and skills a few years back and I’m not sure if it was deleted or not but here we are again! There was consultation was one that I will never ever forget because of how terrible it went and how it made me feel. I was outside for almost 15 min knocking & waiting for them to open the door to let me for my appt Hiring young girls who couldn’t answer proper scientific questions about the procedure they perform in their office is another give away that you are not dealing with professionals. They were giggling the entire time of the appt. Parading around in training suits like teenagers who didn’t know what they were doing! laughing during the consultation, calling it turkey neck and then saying gobble gobble - and a nurse that was in a hurry to leave. Instead of making the client feel comfortable about the issue and discussion solutions and available options , I left feeling angry because they wasted my time and felt like I was made fun of. I could never trust a clinic like to perform any procedures nor do take care of me. They lost business and a reputation. I would never even recommend a consultation with them. Terrible staff!

This has been my first time going to see Jill. She came highly recommended so I went to see her for some badly needed help. Very happy with the results. She is kind and gentle. I have always been nervous to have my lips improved but not anymore. They are even and just the right amount of fluff. Not over done. Thank you Jill. You are the best!
