As a first -time patient, I was very impressed with the Great Customer Service I received from Dr. Dika's Receptionist Ty and Nurse they both were very helpful, caring and Professional. Dr. Dika has Great Bed Side Manners, she's very knowledgeable and thorough!! Dr.Dika answered all my questions leaving me feeling confident with the plan!!! Great Experience!!

Im from the northern suburbs of Chicago and my original derm (who I love too) didn't have a specific laser I was looking for so I made the trip to see Dr. Dika. She was so gentle, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain what to expect and checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. Her esthetician was amazing also! My skin already looks better and I’m so grateful for her care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist they can really trust!!! I can't wait to go back!
