Homebody Massage + Yoga

Sasha is a gift! I have been seeing Sasha for massage for almost a year now as well as Restorative/Yin yoga weekly and including sessions with her has changed my life. I have been able to manage my stress, mental, physical, and emotional well being in a much more easeful way since commiting to seeing Sasha regularly. The vibe of her studio, her kind and compassionate nature, and her desire and commitment to integrate my wellness goals into our work together is something I cannot express enough gratitude for.

Sasha is absolutely incredible! She is a deep listener and extremely gifted with her touch. I have great difficulty finding massage therapists who are able to help ease my chronic pains, and Sasha is an absolute rock star at it. I recommend her bodywork to anybody. She combines intuition and a wealth of knowledge to create a therapeutic, wonderful experience in beautiful studio. If you’re hesitating, don’t! Sasha is who you’re looking for!

This is an absolutely lovely spot for a massage, Cody is wonderful, has beautiful peaceful energy, listens and gives an absolutely A+ massage. The space is warm, quiet and full of gorgeous plants! All around great experience, every single time.

Four appointments later, I can say Cody gives one hell of a massage. I feel like he really customizes each session to how my body is responding, and I always appreciate his feedback/notes/tips and tricks. The studio is very comfortable and has excellent energy. I have and will continue to recommend Homebody and Cody specifically to anyone who appreciates a great massage.
