To bad there are no negative stars cause in my book this place has a big FAT ZERO My masseur was sick, kept leaving the room, loudly coughing, hacking and blowing his nose. When you work with people in close contact you should not be sick. Also, to help them out we pay cash $90 per ninety minutes per person with a $40 tip (20%) $220 total. Both masseurs kept counting the money and looking at us as if we owed them more, a very uncomfortable situation. To boot the massage was close to torture, I asked for "hard pressure" but this guy went past that point - I take regular massages and know what hard feels like - this guy clearly had no professional training. I was sore for three days. Oh! and I also got very sick... One more thing. Vermont doesn't require ANY training just that you register. As of early 2026, a Vermont bill (H.623) has been introduced that would replace the registration system with a full licensure system for massage therapists and certain establishments, but it has not yet taken effect. SO check before you go.

Dropped in for a 60 min and was pleased with the massage. “Mike” did a great job and paid attention to the pressure. Asked if I was ok but not too much. It was nice. It is private but not necessarily sound proof. They got busy while I was there and you could hear most of it. But it was still relaxing and nice. The price is great and they have enough staff to usually fit you in short notice. They also have plenty of options. My only issue was the tip. I expect to tip for service. But I don’t like being asked for more. It became a negotiation. Frustrating in the moment. But in hindsight, if you’re prepared, it’s not a huge deal. I’ll be back and if the massage is still good I’ll tip a bit more. Regardless, Don’t let me stop you. Go try it out for yourself. It’s convenient, well priced, and good service. Enjoy!

I have been here quite bit. Pros are that you can come in for same day appointments. Cons-no real massage techniques. Just pushing on the tight muscles. This last time in I gave a $20 tip for 90 minute massage($90). Guy asks for $10 more!

I had a massive headache and left feeling great! One of the best massages I have ever had! Not the typical spa experience but the treatment was incredible and the price is excellent.

I’ve been to this place a few times now. One of the last times I went, my massage therapist climbed on top of me and straddled me for the majority of the massage. I had talked with a woman when I came in, and a woman led me to my room, so I thought that that was the woman who was giving me my massage. At a certain point in my massage, the masseuse asked me to flip over and removed the blanket that had been covering me. I was very uncomfortable because I didn’t have a bra on and felt utterly exposed, flipping over after they’d removed the blanket. When I flipped, I realized that the person massaging me was, in fact, not a woman. He immediately put the blanket back down over me once I'd turned over and looked to the side when I flipped, so that turned out not to be a huge problem. But after I'd flipped, he once again climbed on top of me and sat on me while massaging my legs. They've harassed me multiple times over tips and always made me feel vaguely uncomfortable, but this experience tipped the scales. I'd recommend not going to this place, especially if you're a young woman. I only went back once after this experience, and it was only because I was given a gift certificate there. They seemed very annoyed to have to take the gift certificate, my sister and I went together got the same 30 minute full body massage package and had two completely different experiences (both of which were bad) when we were walking out from our rooms to leave they screamed at us to tip them and then double-charged my sisters card and wouldn't refund it.
