The staff are so kind and friendly here. Everyone from the receptionist to dental hygienist were all so pleasant and professional. They also had a lot of knowledge about what my insurance could cover which was surprisingly more than I thought and not something other offices have discussed with me in the past. During the cleaning she checked in with me frequently to make sure I was feeling okay and the communication set me at ease. I can't recommend this place enough!

I have had a lifetime fear of dentists and have frequently had massive anxiety just coming in. Today I got a cleaning from Shelby, and she was the sweetest most gentle hygienist I have ever met. She took time to not only keep me calm but she also used techniques on my teeth that significantly reduced the amount of discomfort and pain I could be in. She listened to my concerns and was so helpful!!! I switched to Timberlane because of their good reviews, and I am giving them one of my own. Thanks Shelby!!!!

The Burlington office is clean, quiet, efficient, and staffed with lovely people from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists. Very big difference from the South Burlington office which is chaotic and very unpleasant. So glad we switched! Great for pediatric patients too.
