Sue took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment, answer all my questions, and tailor everything to suit my goals. I really appreciated how attentive she was and it never felt rushed. I had my very first hydrofacial yesterday with Julie. What an amazing experience! Julie took time with me at the beginning to discuss my needs because my skin was so dry, providing some really good helpful advice for my own routine. The facial itself felt so nice and soothing and I could see how much care and passion Julie had throughout, with the added bonus that she was so easy to talk with which helped me to relax. Julie is just brilliant! Absolutely knows her stuff. Julie has a kind way about her and is very caring. I’m soon about to have my 3rd CO2, the whole experience has been great. Ellen on reception is so helpful. Not only is the place beautiful they employ good staff!

Consultation was given at the beginning of appointment because it was my first treatment at this clinic. Very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Great friendly atmosphere. Julie just made me feel relaxed, love the results from my treatment before I even left the clinic.

I had a lovely experience today including a consultation with Sam and a facial with Julie. They both really listened and the facial was tailored to suit my sensitive skin. Also left with a rose because it's Valentines Day which was a thoughtful touch. Already looking forward to coming back 😊🌹
