Another great visit. At check in, during visit and check out. Staff very attentive, friendly and shows genuine care. Dr Alawami, is wonderful and gives her full attention and makes sure her clients needs are met fully. Veronica is lovely , communicates well and updated/check in through out the visit along with answering my questions.

UPDATED: March 2026 Zoe Nikitas recently moved away with her family. My spouse and I have been seeing Zoe and her assistant(s) for many months (years). Zoe Nikitas set the benchmark for the superior clinical environment, along with her assistants Nikki & Marilyn, we were extremely satisfied with the team providing LHR in a professional, personable, and thorough manner. Zoe, Nikki, and Marilyn deserve 5 stars for their commitment to patient experience. Now comes the bad. Our last appointment with Dr. A was a significant drop in star ratings. The replacement for Zoe *and* her assistants were an entirely new paired team with Dr. A and her inexperienced assistant. After many exceptional LHR appointments with Zoe Nikitas, the new team following up to finish the LHR services fell flat. Eyewear for LHR not clean with the new team. Did not follow protocols for removing or providing the appropriate anesthetic removal solutions before LHR, therefore the LHR is less effective (if at all). We could have allowed what was a great experience for several visits become a less satisfying experience, or raise concern. Since the cost for the service is pricey, we raised concern for the poor transition from Zoe to Dr. A. When Zoe left the practice, we voiced that it would be prudent to continue having Nikki & Marilyn assist with the new provider for LHR. Now comes the unprofessional business acumen for raising concerns for cleanliness, and a reduction in time, effort, and thoroughness of the LHR procedure. The office practice manager, Lauren, received our concerns, then reviewed them with the NEDA staff. They determined it would be best if we find another practice to conduct the LHR procedures since they don't have anyone else who can perform LHR (despite NEDA having others their and other locations that can, and do perform LHR). Lauren recommended trying the new LHR business down the road.

Dr. Alawami is both warm and professional. I always feel comfortable when I am there. The staff is lovely, too.

Staff is always very professional and personable. Dr. Alawami always knows how to help me. I have the utmost confidence in her. She excised skin cancer from my ear and I did not feel any pain. This doc is extremely capable and caring. Shokran dukturu Alawami.

Very careful and considerate, I was comfortable through the entire procedure. After 1 week of healing and the stitches removed the area looks very good.
