Everyone is so friendly. The reception girls are quick and friendly… they often have a classic RomCom playing in the waiting area so time flies by. Dr. Emily Rush and her assistant Trinity are very professional and addressed all my concerns while making me completely comfortable despite all my surgical scars. I highly recommend this team!

I have had 2 MOHS procedures at DSH and have been very pleased with the staff and the results. I'm especially impressed with Brittany Smith's ability to spot a "bad" lesion and Dr. Neera Nathan's surgical skills. Good work. I didn't plan to be a repeat customer, but I guess I am and will continue to be! Thanks!

I’ve always been very happy with the service and staff at the Bedford and Londonderry offices…. Dr. Nathan Hand and staff are very professional, knowledgeable and personable! From standard appointments to surgical procedures, I’ve never had any problems or issues. I truly appreciate being in the best of care with them!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. First of all, I explained to the receptionist that I was on disability and then I was on Medicare and she said no problem we take that you’re fully covered. Then I get a bill I call up the receptionist Xima start gaslighting me and saying oh that’s not what she said. She probably said that we do accept your insurance but you have to pay. That’s insane. I never would hv went there. If that was the case now they’re calling me up harassed me for my payment. And it wasn’t the best visit either. They treat you there as a number not a patient in and out.

Robert Murgia did not help me whatsoever. I told him what I was going through, and he did not listen to me and gave me a generic diagnosis and said let’s meet back in 3 months. I tried to explain my symptoms to him and he stuck beside his generic diagnosis and even admitted that my symptoms were “not normal”. The staff is very friendly and the wait time was short and sweet. But I do not recommend seeing Robert Murgia if you actually want to have your illness treated/cured.
