I was having major swelling and dry patches around my eyes and Joanna fixed me up instantly! Right after the treatment my eyes felt better, the next day swelling was gone, by the end of the week my eyes were back to normal. Between my appointment and the treatment plan she gave me it has been 3 weeks and I am feeling myself again!!! Highly recommend this business!!

Cosmetologist Hannah Marquis is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and very good at making sure that your experience at Mountain Medical Spa is comfortable and supports your every need. I appreciate her willingness to listen to me and my needs. While I have not experienced all the services offered at Mountain Medical, I highly recommend Hannah’s work as well as the Spa’s overall approach, level of expertise and care of patients and clients at Mountain Medical Spa and Laser Center.

I had my laser tattoo removal appointment today with Stephanie, and it was absolutely AMAZING. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. I also had the pleasure of meeting Joanna, who was so kind and welcoming—it really set the tone for how great this place is. The whole team went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, and the results already have me excited for my next session. If you’re considering tattoo removal, this is THE place to go. Their expertise, friendliness, and overall customer care are unmatched. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I knew one of my toenails looked suspicious. Stephanie was very welcoming and gentle as she worked her way across my toes (which are extremely sensitive to begin with), checking each one with the laser. Almost every single one of my toes had fungus. Okay, TMI, but I was shocked! The treatment itself wasn't too painful, an occasional zap that made me jump a little, but well worth it. My toes look so much better after a little home care. I am so greatful to have a spa that offers such an incredible array of services. I have had waxing, vitamin B shots, and even a vampire facial! I can't recommend them enough for all your self care needs. The staff here is caring and kind and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. This is a hidden gem in Littleton, New Hampshire.

I had a full afternoon of pampering at Mountain Medical Spa. Joanna did the Geno facial and that was relaxing and made my skin glow! Sandra was wonderful to work with, I had my first massage ever and it was relaxing and helped me distress! They attentive and explained everything to me so I knew what to expect.. I felt totally spoiled! I am already planning my next appt! Thank you ladies. It was a great day!
