This is a very welcoming dermatology practice. I was met in reception by Michelle with a smile and kindness. The doctor’s assistant Desiree made me feel at home in preparation for the doctor’s visit. And finally, Dr. Leonard treated me with continued respect and competence. She explained what she was doing and listened carefully to any of my concerns. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of skin care.

Excellent experience here as a new patient. Receptionist and nurse were very friendly and efficient. Doctor Matthew Lipner was able to get me in for an acute visit very quickly when other offices in the area were booked out for months. Dr. Lipner was also very kind, informative, and helpful. most importantly, the physician is extremely competent. very effective treatment. very personable. recommended follow-up regimen and explained the purpose. secondly, the atmosphere in the office is relaxed and friendly. I have been in offices where the clinical staff was great but the administrative staff were very off-putting. This office is not like that. I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. also note that the office is readily accessible, in a low-traffic area.

I was very pleased with the assistant and Dr. I have had many dermatologist in my 82 years. I appreciated his calm manner and non invasive if possible treatments. He has a gentle manner and informed me about what he was going to do and why.
