My kid wanted their septum pierced for their birthday. From my first phone call to verify my kid was old enough to when we walked out the door with kiddo freshly pierced, the experience was great. I knew there was likely to be a wait, and there was. We got the paperwork and payment out of the way quickly, and were informed it would be about 40 minutes. Instead of having to wait in the store, they had a text system set up. We wandered the mall for about half an hour, then came back and only had about 5 minutes to sit before we were called back. Kiddo was quite nervous. Our piercer, Taylor, was very patient. Each step of the process was explained clearly, and whenever kiddo said they needed a moment before the next step happened, Taylor gave them that time. The responsiveness and empathy helped kiddo get through. They love their new piercing, and really liked the kindness that made it possible. As a parent, I appreciate the clean environment, strict adherence to good safety practices, and the clear care instructions we were given. I have no hesitation recommending Medusa to friends for themselves and their kids.

Absolutely amazing experience at Medusa Body Piercing! I got two cartilage piercings and my nose pierced, and everything from start to finish was flawless. The studio was super clean, the staff was professional and friendly, and they took the time to explain everything so I felt totally comfortable. The piercings were quick, precise, and done with so much care. Healing advice was clear and helpful too. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Always friendly staff. Had all of my cartilage piercings done here (3 helix, 1 industrial, 1 conch) and when balls from the new piercings have gone missing or the whole earring (when still healing) They replaced them without hassle. I was torn between 2 piercings and after talking to them I felt like I was able to make a more informed decision. Took my daughter for her first piercing and they were fantastic with her definitely recommend for 1st time. They walked her through every step explaining as they went.

I’ve had my nose piercing for over 8 years now. Also took my daughter here to pierce her Tragus. We had no issues and our piercings healed up nicely. The prices are reasonable and they have an excellent selection of jewelry.

I got my septum pierced yesterday and the service was great! I have a deviated septum so I was unsure if they were able to pierce it but the piercer talked me through it the procedure and explained how it might not look straight. In the end, the piercing came out perfect, it looked straight when you looked at it head on and was quick and mostly painless. Would definitely go there again to get another piercing! 🖤
