Very pleased with both of my experiences here. Receptionist was extremely nice and pleasant both times. Dr.Suls did an amazing job on my IPL treatments. He also works very quickly, and does not make you wait in the room alone for long which is something I take notice of. Results were phenomenal, better than all other IPL treatments I’ve received. I will definitely be going back soon.

Very good experience. Treated very well . Staff and Dr. Suls are very knowledgeable friendly and comforting. I find having any treatment to your face is nerve wracking but they all make you feel at ease and cared for. Definitely recommended! I had to come back to review. It’s been a week since I did IPL facial and the results are amazing. I am so happy redness and broken vessels and sun spots are almost gone!! One more treatment and I believe my face will clear. I’m so happy !

Dr. Suls is great! I love that he doesn’t do high pressure sales. He tells it like it is even if you don’t need a treatment that would benefit him. His staff is friendly and responsive. The office is very clean and easy to get to and I find the check in and check out process to be quick and easy. I’ve had Dysport/Botox here for the last year. The pricing is competitive even without discount vouchers and they are great about reminding you to join rewards programs that benefit you. Highly recommend this office and Dr Suls. I have never been disappointed by a visit or the results I get after a treatment.

I’m kicking myself in the butt for not remembering the names of the 2 ladies working the front yesterday; from my call in to the office at 9:30 am to my visit at 3 pm... genuinely the nicest, most welcoming staff. I’m so confused by some of these reviews. I met with Dr. Suls who made me feel comfortable, was extremely nice, explained possible risks, addressed my concerns. I went in for my first round of Dysport, I’ve been nervous for YEARS to put a needle in my face but it was PAINLESS. I give this place 5 stars for the experience I had yesterday. I went ahead and booked an appt for Fractora this coming Monday. I’d suggest anyone looking for the provided services in or around Bedford to go in and make your own assessment. The negative reviews on google almost cost me an amazing experience. Thanks you to Dr. Suls and the 2 amazing women I met yesterday!!

I would NOT recommend this place. The name on the door says Sports Medicine (which it is) but the "spa" business seems to be a money making side line. At my free consult, they told me I needed to have this product in order to do the procedure. It turned out to be a $30 sunscreen. I had the fraxel procedure done. It is Extremely Painful. Do Not Do IT! I think they didn't wait long enough for the numbing cream to work but it was torture The Dr. practically ran out of the room when I was done. I would strongly not recommend this place.
