I have been seeing Kathleen Ledwick for a few years now. She is very knowledgeable and communicates clearly about what she observes. She is very clear about what is benign and “normal” for aging skin. She was also very clear about what she was doing when I had some small cosmetics “weeds” removed in the past. She no longer comes to my town but I chose to drive further to see her rather than switching docs.

I've always had good experiences at APDerm. The staff is friendly and Kathleen Ledwick, DCNP has always given me great care. She spends the time, expains what she sees and answers my questions.

I just left an appointment for health concerns I have. I had MD Peter Jenkins. I will never return back here, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I advise anyone and everyone look elsewhere. Dr. Jenkins was super aggressive, dismissive of my concerns, and left me on the edge of becoming very angry. I didn't like his demeanor, his tone of voice and his lack of regard for my concerns and the all around dismissive behavior. If you folks can't help people, inform them, and don't have them come in and waste time out of their day and a bill to the insurance. On top of that, these folks are super late getting to appointments, I had a 2:45 pm, and they did not get to me, until around 3:30 pm. This place is an absolute horrible practice! The assistant in the room (Kaitlyn?) Kept interrupting me, wouldn't let me finish a thought. Then when I was dealing with the aggressive doctor, she was sitting there with a smirk on her face, but tried to conceal it with the neck of her shirt. Stay away from here!

I brought my son in to be seen for a facial scar to see if there were any options to help lessen its appearance. I was immediately put off by the Medical Assistant (might have been nurse, I can't remember). I explained what happened and she was incredibly judgmental of the situation - something that was a complete accident, but made me feel like a terrible parent. The NP that evaluated him was not what I would expect from a practice that has "pediatrics" in its name. She was pretty abrupt and expected a 1 year old to immediately be okay with her touching his face. I would definitely expect a more warm, slow approach to his evaluation to allow for a better examination of his face. As someone that works in healthcare, I would expect better. I certainly felt like just another appointment to get through. My husband could immediately tell I was put off by their approach and mannerisms. We will not be returning.

Kathleen is personable, explains and recommends the best treatment. She lets you know how the procedures are performed, and the aftercare. She makes you feel comfortable and would highly recommend.
