First of all, I would like to start by saying I have had my fair share of experiences in the medical aesthetic profession. Kara and her team have by far exceeded my expectations. I have never felt more secure sitting in a chair! She goes over in detail what she sees and waits and hears what you are saying. She gives a thorough consultation and designs a treatment plan with you! The space is clean and bright with smiling faces to greet you. Such quality professionalism. I’m extremely impressed with the attention to detail all around! So grateful to have found this team at such a convenient location to boot!!

I went for removal of two tattoos with the PicoSure laser, one in a very painful spot. Each time I was treated Roberta and the members of her team were courteous and kind. The process, while painful, was quick & easy! I don’t have any scarring, and I had great clearance with just three visits on my black/grey tattoos. Highly recommend. UPDATE: This business is under new ownership; Kara Spector, owner of Meredith Bay Laser, is the new owner. When I went for my latest treatment she and Lawerence met me at the front counter and they both went into the treatment room with me. They talked me through how the treatment would go, and that they would take breaks. While Lawrence worked the laser Kara cooled the area being treated (a change from just one person working the laser- how nice!). They worked together to ensure they hit all of the spots they could, and asked me if I saw anything that needed following up on before the treatment ended, stating "We want you to get your money's worth!". I really appreciated their professionalism & communication, and how thorough they were. I really did feel like I got my money's worth! I did not think my experience could get much better but it did. And Isabelle is still there at the front desk to greet you with a smile! Highly recommend this business for tattoo removal.

I had my pico laser treatment for hyperpigmentation back in June and July. I wanted to wait a full 5/6 months, including going through the summer before writing a review. Now that it’s been long enough, I can honestly say the results are incredible. My skin has maintained its old skin tone even after being outside all day for work in the sun. My dark spots were something I was self conscious about , and you would never even know I ever had them now. The treatment worked better than I ever expected. The team here are truly life savers. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the process easy and comfortable from start to finish. I’m extremely grateful for what they were able to do for me, and I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with stubborn hyperpigmentation. I sincerely can’t thank you enough.

I paid $250+ per appointment for the lady to remove the WRONG part of my tattoo. I gave her clear instructions multiple times before the appointment and she still somehow messed up. If you go here, make sure to DRAW OUT the part of your tattoo you want removed because obviously they couldn’t care less. Asked for a partial refund and was told no even though they would have made more money if they had because then I would have gone to my future appointments. I guess their pride is more important than customer satisfaction.
