I got my Invisalign from this company and the process was transparent and straightforward. I worked a lot with Kenny who did a fantastic job keeping my progress moving and even bringing me in early on occasion when my aligners would arrive well before my next appointment. I will consistently recommend them in the future.

Everyone over at OMG Smiles: Manchester from Dr. Amy, to their hygienists, to their front desk are 100% fantastic. They create an atmosphere that is not only professional, but also fun, lighthearted, and free of that impending doom normally associated with dentist offices. For example, upon my very first visit, I met a hygienist named Kenny, who was not only extremely professional, but fun and engaging as he could probably tell I was a bit nervous. He also played along when I mentioned that he was a dead ringer for the actor, David Arquette, which, although outside his own generation, Kenny actually looked up who that was and on my second visit told me that he 100% saw the resemblance. My point being is that they not only see you as their patient, but they take the time to see you and treat you as more than that. In a world that has all but forgotten customer service, I would recommend anyone to go see Dr. Amy and her team over at OMG Smiles: Manchester...you will not regret it! - Erin R.

When I went here I was having tooth pain so bad I only had to wait like 15 mins and they got me right in and took two teeth out. They were very nice and it did not take long for them to take the x-rays and get my teeth out pretty quick! I got dry socket and went back...they took me in and took care of that too. I would recommend this place to anyone! Had a great experience and I will be back!

I went in with tooth pain and had to have two teeth removed. I asked for nitrous they said they would have to reschedule because they don’t have it ready, I thought whatever it won’t be that bad, wrong!!!! Dr. Lou gave me one shot of novacain, the tooth was broken right down to the gum, so it had to be surgically removed, as soon as he put that blade to my gum and cut my body started shaking uncontrollably and I could feel the pain of the knife, I started to moan uncontrollably from pain so he stopped and put another few shots of novacain, I could feel my top lip getting caught on the tool that he was using and he didn’t fix it he just kept on working putting pressure on my top lip while he tried to yank the tooth out, he was also not very gentle pulling the second tooth out, my mouth hurt so bad for a week after but more from him not being gentle enough, he used my other teeth to push on to pull it out so those teeth hurt after he was done, it was worst experience ever…… I am sure that this is the right place. And when I asked for nitrous the woman said it would be 97 dollars but I would have to reschedule if I wanted it because they don’t have it on hand and ready, I am not mistaken where I was, it was dr. Lou who did the work. Do you have a Dr. Lou there part time? Yea you do.

Aryaand Bella Doeing really likes everyone that deals with them. We all thank you. Everytime the girls come there they have positive experencancs. For myself I have always been treated With respect and crutacie. My hats off to all the doctors and staff.
