Amazing Family Dental NH

Here’s a clear, factual review you could post: ⸻ I’m really disappointed with our recent experience at Amazing Family Dental. When we walked in, the receptionist told me my daughter did not have an appointment and insisted that I had called and cancelled. I explained that I had received both a confirmation text and email and even showed her the confirmation. She then claimed she had told me weeks ago to call and reschedule. I reminded her that when we previously spoke, my daughter was sick and we did reschedule, and I had confirmed this current appointment. She continued to argue that my daughter’s name was listed as a completely different client. I clarified her correct name and explained that we only had an hour for the appointment. The overall tone felt dismissive and annoyed, as if the situation was somehow my fault, even though I had proof of the confirmed appointment. When they finally came out to get my daughter, they called her by the wrong name again. I corrected them and mentioned we needed to leave by 4:00, and was told, “We’ll do our best.” This office used to feel much more organized. It was frustrating to be met with confusion and defensiveness over an appointment that I had properly confirmed. I hope they can improve their scheduling and front desk communication so other families don’t have the same experience.

The staff here are wonderful! Always so kind and helpful! Ro the receptionist is great, willing to go above and beyond for me and my family! Dr Dan is a great dentist, easy going and funny, so kind with my daughters. They are always prompt when calling back for scheduling or with questions. I've been coming here for years and always speak so highly of them when people are looking for a new dentist!

The dentist can't seem to manage her practice efficiently. The staff is a great team. However, the leader isn't reliable. I was never told the dentist was on an emergency call Neither here or there the work that was done was done well. This isn't about weather I'm in NH or sc it's about the follow up appointment you didn't show up for I stand with my review. Good dentist sloppy manager

I have been going to this dentist for several years now. I have always had a great experience each time. I was in the office so frequently that they became like family! All businesses expect payment up front so I am not sure what the other reviewer expected. If you discuss with them and come to some type of arrangement they are certainly willing to work with you. I have had upwards of $40,000 in work done over the past 7 years and they have always worked with me. If you keep your end of the agreement they have no issues. Quality of work is great. If you have an issue please talk to them. They are human as well and mistakes happen. Overall A++!!

ive been going to this dentist for years, and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The entire team is always so kind, welcoming, and professional. They explain everything clearly, take their time, and make sure I’m comfortable at every visit. The office is clean and calming, and they consistently go above and beyond for their patients. After years of great care, I can confidently say this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
