NHOMS: New Hampshire Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery - Manchester

Dr. Daniels and his team did a really great job with my impacted wisdom tooth extraction. The staff was super nice and helpful from start to finish. I chose to go out of pocket because I was in pain, and it was going to take a very long time to go through my insurance. I'm super happy with the speed at which they were able to schedule me for a consult and get me in for my procedure. I had done lots of research trying to find the best place around, and I'm really glad I chose this place. Thank you again, Dr. Daniels and team!

Dr. Bean and his team were amazing during my wisdom teeth removal! Dr. Bean did a fantastic job explaining everything as we went along. Jaymi and Courtney were incredibly fun and sweet, creating a great atmosphere throughout the visit. Greg at the front desk made check-in and payment quick and simple. Overall, I had a superb experience with the entire team!

I needed an emergency visit and the process was seamless, professional and I highly recommend NHOMS Manchester. Dr. Daniels and his surgical assistants Jaymi & Courtney were an amazing team and they work so well together. They are also very calming and funny, which was very welcome distraction. Can’t say enough about Dr. Bean and Courtney. As soon as I walked into the examining room, Courtney’s personality had me smiling and relaxed. Then Dr. Bean followed- with his warm manner - made me put my nervousness away. Extraction was painless. The amount of time that Dr. Bean spent with me describing the procedure was remarkable. Great oral surgeon. Great man. And Courtney- I am still smiling every time I think of her.

Spoke to Greg and Pam today in an attempt to clarify on going billing issue at a different office location (Salem). Greg advised the incorrect insurance billing issue I had with the other office appeared to be resolved; thought I was being additionally charged but ended up being a refund from the previous over payment at time of surgery. This location (Manchester) was super helpful despite not being where service was received. It’s going on almost two months of no return call from the Salem office. Very much appreciate Greg looking into the account and delivering on customer service. If deciding between locations would recommend this office based on the customer service and immediate attention to this billing inquiry. Thank you for your help!
