Yesterday I had an amazing experience with my cleaning as well as my dentist helping me out tremendously with my feelings and my teeth I would give this in A+ definitely recommended extremely fun experience had fun talking with Staff as well as my dentist she was amazing. I’m giving her again more than an A+. I look forward to going back in a few months. I might even stop in just to say hi. Thank you so much gentle dental. You’ve been amazing to my mouth.:)

This is not a disgruntled review. It is a factual account supported by documentation. Per this office’s own policy, our balance was paid in full before treatment began. I have written proof showing a zero balance at that time. Treatment proceeded only after payment was completed in full. The denture provided under Dr. Park’s care was incorrect. The office acknowledged this. A second attempt was made and it was worse. Over the course of more than six separate appointments for adjustments, the issue was never properly corrected. After repeated failures, Dr. Park ultimately told us this was “the best” that could be done and that nothing further would be done to correct it. No refund was offered despite the failure to provide an acceptable result. At one point, there was even discussion about taking back the only denture that was remotely usable, which would have left the patient with nothing at all. Our experience with Dr. Park was deeply disappointing. She was dismissive, appeared indifferent to the cosmetic outcome, and the focus consistently felt financial rather than patient-centered. We paid a substantial amount for this treatment and did not receive what was promised. We discontinued treatment because confidence in Dr. Park and the office had been lost. Approximately one year later, despite prior proof of a zero balance, we began receiving bills claiming we owe approximately $1,200. I contacted the office and spoke with Alex/Alek, who was rude and ended the call abruptly. I then went into the office in person and was told the matter would be investigated and that I would receive a follow-up. I never did. Now a debt collection agency is contacting us. I have formally notified the collection agency that this alleged debt is disputed. I maintain documentation showing payment in full prior to treatment. If this matter is not corrected immediately, I am prepared to escalate this through corporate channels, file formal complaints with the appropriate licensing and consumer protection authorities, and pursue legal remedies. This review serves as notice to Dr. Park and this office: investigate your billing records, correct the charges, and withdraw the account from collections. Patients deserve competent care, accurate billing, accountability, and professional communication. None of that was provided here.

I can't possibly over-express just how pleasant my visit was today. The front desk staff (I forgot to get their names) was warm and welcoming and answered all of my questions and explained my treatment plan. Melinda, was amazing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. G was friendly, professional and listened to my concerns as well as my wellness goals. There's a saying that if you ever want to know how clean an establishment is, use their bathroom. The facility to include the bathroom was clean and sanitary. I have had unpleasant dental visits before but this was not one of them. Gentle Dental is as the name suggests.

It was my first time coming to this office and everyone was very welcoming. Every step was clear and everyone explained everything before it was happening. I liked knowing what to expect. Dr. Hanlon was thorough and direct about what needed to be done, but did not make it over whelming. Start to finish every staff member I came in contact with was kind and professional.

Dr MJ is an amazing dentist! She is such a down to Earth dentist. I was very impressed with they way she explained things to me and spent the time until I understood what was going on! I would highly recommend Gentle Dental on South Willow St! You won't be disappointed!
