Manchester Dentistry and Braces

The front desk staff are a massive problem. They are by far the most incompetent front staff I've had the displeasure of interacting with. Absolutely cannot relay information with any sense of accuracy. Screws up appointments in at least 2 ways every time we come here, which at this point is purely for the convenience of proximity to home.. if you absolutely need to come here, be sure to damn near spell out every parameter regarding your appointment or else prepare for it to get messed up in ways you can imagine

Beware of bad business practices! Doesn’t answer me or my husbands calls, doesn’t return voice mails. It has been over 4 months now. We found a new dentist but they need our X-rays that allure took. Insurance only covers these X-rays once every 5 years. Still no return calls. Our new dentist called them. They answered and said they would contact us to sign the release form. Still have not called us back. Shady place that is overbooked and doesn’t care about customer churn.

called twice to try to make a new patient appointment, listened to hold music for 5 minutes and then call disconnected.

Dr Rafaie is an amazing dentist!! Panna was Dr Refaie’s assistant. Panna also did an amazing job! Everyone is extremely professional and friendly! It was an awesome experience! Definitely my favorite dentist!!!

The worst. I went there for my first appointment, they seemed OK. Then they postponed my second appointment without notifying me. Then they sent me to a different office in the other side of town. When I arrived there they had no record of my appointment and wanted to have me come back later. Then they said they didn't get my records from Allure. Allure said they could not find my records. I'd give them a minus rating if I could. Again, they're the worst.
