I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Crantford and his exceptional team. Prior to meeting him, I consulted with another plastic surgeon in the area who left me feeling apprehensive and intimidated. In contrast, Dr. Crantford immediately put me at ease, and I confidently scheduled my lower facelift and necklift for six months later. I chose to wait so the surgery would fall in January, which was more convenient for my schedule. My surgery proceeded exactly as planned, without any complications. I followed all post-operative instructions diligently, and my healing process was remarkably smooth and even faster than anticipated. At my recent six-week follow-up, I still have some mild residual swelling (which is completely expected), yet my results have already surpassed my expectations. A patient centric approach is not a given in healthcare. In my experience, it depends on the individual and provider giving the care. I had a less then optimal outcome after a C-section and Dr. Crantford asked me to trust him. He provided a great consultation/plan to help me achieve the results I desired. With any surgery it is normal to be nervous, but he answered all my questions. The whole practice team was outstanding from pre-opp to post opp. I would highly recommend this team to anyone!
