Worst experience i have ever had they are terrible! Yes i lost communication with them for a year but it wasn't all my fault, they lost communication as well. My daughter was going to be getting her tube out and I had enough supply's to last but unfortunately she couldn't get it out so I tried to get back in with them and they will not take her back as a patient! Ridiculous when I need a tube for her to tube changes! And talk about communication i waited 20min just to get ahold of someone and then had to call again another day and it was another 15min just to get ahold of someone to tell me they have to talk to intake team! Then 2 weeks later they call and say they can't take her back. Now I cant find one company that has feeding supplies 😡😡😡😡😡

Update: I did email that address but did not receive any reply or phone call - which I am not surprised about looking at how difficult it is to contact anyone there to order any supplies. Terrible company to deal with, can never get our daughter’s g tube supplies, no one ever answers the phone or helps

Excellent nurses & clean facility

Bioscrip has done a great job meeting my medical needs. Every person that I've talked to has been polite & knowledgeable.

I never can get a human on the phone. I wait while on hold over50 minutes. If I leave my name and number, never get that promised call back!
