I went there multiple years ago, two or three. I moved away from the area. I suddenly started receiving, at my new address, aggressive attempts to collect a small amount from me. Obviously confused, I've previously asked for more information but have not gotten it. However, the bills continue to arrive. The staff up front was professional but seemed insanely busy. It’s difficult to rate this entire practice because Alexa is a 10 star dermatologist. Unfortunately, I had an appointment with the most xenophobic, hateful, inappropriate man I have ever had the misfortune of sharing space. Dr Lagos entered the room in a huff, slammed on his gloves, they ripped. His response was a grumbled, “made in China”. Trying to smooth things over since he was about to take a scalpel to my face, I said, “ha ha, my daughter was made in China”. (We adopted our daughter 19 years ago). His response? “DOES SHE HAVE ANY DEFECTS?” I was so flabbergasted at that response coming from a professional that I sat for a minute, stunned, before I got up and told him to never speak to another patient like that, and left the building before he could get to my face with that scalpel. Unacceptable. Zero stars for that man. He is on the lowest rung of the humanity ladder. Don’t give him a dime. He deserves nothing. There’s a much kinder derm just down the road. I really wish Alexa would go somewhere else so I could continue to see her.

I'm not sure what the deal is with this clinic but they don't ever seem to answer the phone and at this point haven't returned two voicemails requesting an appointment. I recommend you seek services elsewhere.

Dr. Lagos is thorough and knowledgeable. His staff were very kind. Would recommend him to anyone.

I couldn't get an answer or a return phone call to inquire about making an appointment so I guess they have enough business. Moving on.
