I had the best experience with Dana at Charleston Medical Spa! She did my lip filler and Botox and absolutely nailed it—full, balanced, and still very natural, exactly what I was hoping for. Dana took her time, really listened to what I wanted, and explained everything thoroughly, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the process. That level of care, consistency, and trust is exactly why I keep coming back to her. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. I’m obsessed with my results and wouldn’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend Dana!

My experience at Charleston medical spa was great. From the moment I entered the spa the girls in the front were warm and greeting. My injector for Botox was Taylor and she made me feel very ease, well-being, warm and professional. I think she did a fantastic job. I give Charleston medical spa and my injector five stars.

She took the time to listen to my skin concerns and did not push other services until my skin gets good and clean! I will be returning to Maggie soon!
