Majestic Day Spa I

I have been a client since opening day, and this is my escape from a busy life of work and my family. I walk in and I’m greeted by my first name as if I’m home ♥️ I’m always asked if they can get me a drink or snack and all of the staff treat me like their sister. They focus directly on my comfort, and satisfaction. After suffering a spinal cord injury and several pulled muscles the massage therapist came in on her day off and literally carried me up the stairs to then do over an hour of cupping, and massage to help my pain and didn’t even charge me for all the services. Their priority is to help. My massage therapist was so in tune with my pain I would bring her my MRI and notes from my doctor and she would collaborate on them to make sure she could help me with the areas that were hurting. After opening majestic ll and hiring for more staff they offered head spa. The owner would only let herself and my massage therapist work on me to make sure after surgery I didn’t have complications and for that I have been off all pain meds. After hiring new staff they have made sure that if I get services from anyone else that they know my history and I have never felt more at home. This year the medical board will petition to bill medical insurance for massage therapy and I’m 100% in support along with other medical practitioners. Yesterday I brought 2 work colleagues for a simple pedicure to the St. Albans location and the owner made sure to greet them herself. 💜 it’s not just a spa. It’s healthy living. They even have children that can play around while your having your services. There is a reason they are voted the best. Because it’s not about the money, it’s about your experience. 💜 thank you so much for helping me adapt to a new life S/P fusion. Helping me with my anxiety. And also respecting my privacy and treating me like family.

Always a pleasure being here and the best customer service! I have never had a bad experience! Pedicures, messages and nails are always perfection. My daughter and I came in today for nails and toes last minute. They accommodated us even with such short notice. The owner is the kindest lady with such a huge heart. All the staff are amazing. Truly 🫶 Thank you so much! Can’t wait to try the head spa next!

Jada always does the best job with my nails. She is so sweet and always does exactly what I ask for. Majestic Day is very clean and everyone that works there is so welcoming! Definitely recommend.

I saw Brandilyn for a 60 minute massage. It was the most amazing experience, especially for someone who has trouble relaxing and has never had a massage. She made me feel so safe and comfortable, and it was like she was reading my body! I will definitely be booking with her again, and raving over her for the foreseeable future. I didn’t catch the name of the tech who did my nails, but I also will be visiting him again!

I’ve been going to this place for over a year and I’m lost for words on how Jada did my nails today. I used to get my nails done by two other women at Majestic Day Spa I but they are no longer there. I was told that Jada was good so I gave it a try and this was the result.
