I came in for a Hydrafacial, and my skin looked brighter afterward. What stood out was that my skin did not feel irritated, which is unusual for me. The aesthetician was gentle and knowledgeable, and there was no pressure to buy products. The appointment felt calm and professional from start to finish.

I’ve been to several medispas in Charleston, and Totality Downtown is the one I keep coming back to. The space feels welcoming without being overwhelming, and the staff takes time to listen. I never feel rushed or pushed into treatments. My injector explained everything clearly and was honest about what made sense for me and what didn’t. The results look natural and in line with what I wanted. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

It was my first time getting Botox, and I was nervous walking in. That changed pretty quickly. The team made me feel comfortable, and my provider explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. They checked in with me throughout the appointment. It was more comfortable than I expected, and the results still look like me, just a bit more refreshed.

I’m literally not understanding what’s going on with this place. You have to take photos every single time you come in. Then they bombard you with solicitation. I still went back because I liked Sarah however today…… I went to a follow up appointment. Everything I tried to explain to her about what worked for me before in other places she just kept telling me I was wrong. It’s my face and I know what works and more to the point why would other places use the technique if it didn’t work? Literally everything was I know more than everyone else and basically calling me and every other provider an idiot. I’m really disgusted! I took the day off for this appointment and paid an Uber 50 dollars. If you want to be condescended to this is your place!

One thing I appreciate is the focus on long term results instead of quick fixes. My provider talked through a realistic plan and respected my budget. It felt thoughtful and collaborative. There is a clear sense that they care about doing careful, consistent work.
