Holistic Medical Services and Counseling

I have been going to Holistics for about a year, my husband a year and a half. The facility is owned by Dr Shawn Blankenship and his wife Julie. I started out seeing Dr Shawn Blankenship in the beginning, and My husband also seen him and both agree and love the environment and are very pleased with the care recieved. The waiting room and patient rooms are always clean including the restrooms! Staff is always friendly and usually have a smile on their face. They offer a lot of different services, and I feel they genuinely want to help. Shawn listens to concerns and always seems positive. I now have since started seeing the other Dr Tonia Daniel's whom I absolutely adore, she too is very helpful and friendly, usually people dread seeing/going to doctor, and since 2020 its been hard for myself to find somewhere I feel comfortable and where I feel my health is important and actually a priority! I 100% recommend Holistics like I said they offer a range of services from weight loss, dui help, mental health services, addiction services, regular health services, injections, ect!! I know they have 2 offices I have only been to the one located in Kanawha City and like I said I truly am happy with their whole team. The ladies workong in office always help if anything happens or appts need change or prescription called in. They even offer a 24hour emergency hotline in case your sick or whatever comes up and its on a day they are closed or weekend. Very nice having that patient/Dr relationship not just a guess at whatever and waiting to get the next patient seen like I've seen in other offices where literally 10 patients scheduled an hour thats crazy! I’ve been going to holistics for about a year now and I’ve really had a great experience. Started with the weight loss program and the shots were reasonably priced and had some good results. Then switched to having them as my pcp. You can get your labs done right there, which makes it convenient and everyone is really friendly. If anyone’s looking for a pcp, i recommend going to holistics. Shawn is great!

She provided clear, comprehensive information about the program and addressed all of my questions with patience and expertise.
