Wax & Facial Center by Neu Spa

I scheduled a facial in mid November. The esthetician recommended I get a light facial peel. She stated we had to “get to the ugly, to make it to the pretty” several times throughout the facial. I experienced the purge that I was told I would be expecting several days after my peel. However the purging never cleared, only became worse, and I am going on 2 months after receiving the facial/peel that was recommended based on my skin type. When reaching out to this business about a month after experiencing these symptoms I was disregarded and told it had nothing to do with the peel I was given although I have never had any problems with my skin to this extent in my life. I have never had acne on my forehead before this peel and am now working towards the process of consulting further medical attention to examine my skin. Please be careful. This has been such an inconvenience to deal with after consulting a professional service to better my skin.

The location and spa is great. It is clean and everyone extremely friendly. However, I had a gel manicure and pedicure and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. The color on one of my toes just came off two days later. One of my nails was barely polished and the others were awful. There was polish on my cuticles and fingers and five days later they all came off. Didn’t need to use anything, they just came off and I had not had my hands in water. I am so disappointed. I went on vacation looking as if I had put my polish on with a whisk broom. Thought I had found a good place close to home but certainly will not go back.

I had the best bikini waxing experience at Neu Spa by Nina. I have such sensitive skin, I usually always break out. But Nina’s technique and product has me feeling smooth with no bumps, I will most definitely be going back. Scheduling was also very easy, she got me in quickly.

Nina is amazing!!! I got my first Brazilian in Myrtle beach with someone I thought I’d never be able to top. But Nina did just that! She is very knowledgeable and made me feel like I’ve known her for years. The salon itself is very clean and you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. The pricing is great especially compared to others around. Location is also a big thing for me and this is very easily accessible. I will be going in every month for a spa day ❤️

I got my first Brazilian wax done here. Nina is the sweetest thing ever and really helped me to feel comfortable during this experience. The atmosphere itself is super pretty and relaxing and the front desk ladies are so welcoming. Needless to say, I am on my way to the second waxing appointment. Highly recommend!
