The staff are amazing. My tooth will be extracted soon; being a retired dental hygienist, I'm pretty picky.

I've been sitting for 2 months trying to get in everywhere around here. I have 0 health problems. I just want the tooth out comfortably. I didn't even get a chance to ask about an implant. Like I'm willing to pay out of pocket so my partial will still fit. Idk not a good day. I had some other things going on. This not being able to get in to any facial surgery centers all over WV is already abusive enough. I had to pull the back of this tooth at home. Our medical and dentistry has gotten so bad. That's what happened to this tooth in the first place. It was not filled right by Bernardo the crook and every other dentist except the one I have now kept drilling and drilling the tooth. He rebuilt it for me. They kept filling till there was a filling on the nerve. Not a good 2 months or day. I just want it over.

My dental journey the last several months has been complicated by an allergic event to medication many years ago. I do not have the words to express my gratitude to Dr. Will Black, Renee, Savannah, and each of the team at Mountaineer for guiding me through this very traumatic time. After referral for allergy testing, I have been cleared to have procedures much less complicated in nature. I have been treated with so much professional care and respect and the monitoring that they utilize during the most basic procedures is so comforting if you have had reactions before. As a nurse, I so appreciate the entire team and how they cared for me; thank you so much!!!! I chose to travel to Ripley due to the crowded schedule in Charleston and it was so convenient--Thank you!!

I had a bit of a dental emergency, I needed a tooth extracted and outside of some technical difficulties with receiving the referral everything went fantastic. The staff they did the best they could to take care of me and get me an appointment. On arrival everything was made as clear and the staff were wonderful, and kind. I was educated and directed on the steps I would need to take to recover. I have always had a fear of dentists, oral surgeries, etc. However this is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time at ANY location for any procedure and I am so grateful for everyone. Thank you so much.

I never had the opportunity to meet Will's father Byron but, I am sure he is as sweet and nice to his patients as his son, Will Black. Could not ask for better service from him or his staff. Wonderful people. I would highly recommend his dental service at 1218 Virginia St. East, Charleston, WV. I have to say I was a very satisfied patient. I appreciate all he done for me.
