Everything thing from front office to the back was amazing. The ladies up front were very nice. The dental assistant that took care of me was so sweet. Dr Preston came in and introduced himself. I immediately felt more calm. He explained every thoroughly and took his time with the 100 questions I had. He took the best care of me and I’m so thankful to find someone new that put me at such ease. Thank you so much Dr Preston and staff!

Everyone was very friendly and made me and my husband feel very welcome. The dental assistant showed me around the office and introduced me to staff which was so very nice. Dr. Christen Simpson came in a introduced herself to mt husband and discussed my different options with us in doing some corrective work and more extensive dental procedures. We was given an estimate of the charges and offered payment option plans. We talked about my first scheduled appointment to get started on my first steps on Feb. 17th. I'm excited to get started.

If you are in the market for a new dentist I highly recommend Christen Simpson Raynes and the staff at Simpson dental. On a holiday (New Year’s Eve), they were able to fit me in to examine and treat a tooth that had lost the filling from a previous chip on the same day. That may not always be possible but it shows that they are willing to take their patients problems serious and get them in quickly as they can. She was very thorough and gave me treatment options to choose from and made the entire experience comfortable and painless. I appreciate the staff and how easy they made the processes. I look forward to making Simpson Dental my new dental home!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Christen Simpson and her team at Simpson Dental! I’ve always had a deep fear of the dentist due to bad experiences and sensitive teeth, but Dr. Simpson completely changed that. She is absolutely amazing — so gentle, patient, and genuinely comforting. For the first time in my life, I’m not afraid to go to the dentist. Everyone at Simpson Dental is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes every visit feel calm and stress-free. They’re always transparent about costs, offer options, and never do any work without explaining everything and getting your approval first. If you’ve had bad experiences in the past or are anxious about dental visits, I can’t recommend Dr. Simpson and her team enough. They’ve truly earned my trust, and I’m so thankful I found them!
