Amazing staff at the actual facility. I work in healthcare and can’t imagine the frustrations they have with patient scheduling. I have had to physically go in to reschedule appointments because the call center never returns calls. They told me the day I walked in to reschedule they had several others have to do the same. I called for 3 days and never got a return call from scheduling. The nurses that work at the facility are amazing and they should not have to deal with irate patients due to calls not being returned

Beware, in all sincerity. It's difficult to tell whether there is such a profound depth of incompetency or this is a scam. They will claim they are able to work with your insurance and honor your prior authorizations, but I was left with enormous bills and an inability to resolve them. You'll get transfered to off-shore billing and nobody will have access to your account. This is one facility in Lexington, but nobody in Lexington is responsible. Dealings are farmed out overseas and to various call centers and people working from home in various states. Nobody is responsible and knows how to address their billing issues. They have problems with coding, billing, and communication with insurance. They also charge about double than when I used to get the same infusion done in the hospital outpatient facility.

I called a wanted to make sure they were getting another year approved w my ins she said u have one dose left then we will do that! Weeks later I was like my injections late left the girl a message and she never called back I called again and she said haven’t heard back I was like I had a dose left she said no and she didn’t hear back about preauth for another years! I told her how do u still have a job here I am many weeks without my injection!

Denied my medication by billing clerk. Over $100 bill they failed to file with insurance. They informed me 3 years after the fact that they had not been Paid for a $100 bill from 2002 and are now claiming I should have kept up with the billing. In the meantime they have my medication and I have no Way to be infused. They found out there was a billing problem at the two-year mark and still did not inform me. They waited until three years after a $100 billing problem to bring it to my attention. A week ago, I went in to their facility to be infused, and the billing clerk told me that I could not be infused Unless I paid their hundred dollar bill. They do not even know if any bills were sent to me over this nor to my two insurance companies, but they feel fine in withholding my medication for a serious medical condition. I had the appointment for a month before I went to be infused and at no time did they contact me during that month to tell me they were going to turn me away but they waited until I was at the facility. They let my medication be delivered to their facility and now have it in their possession and I am a week late on getting my infusion due to being turned away. They do not know if I was ever sent any bills for this. I was told it would be looked into it and it has not. I pay for two insurance companies so I will not receive any bills for any infusions and infusion partners Did not submit the bills properly to either of my insurance companies. They did not say there was a problem nor look into the fact that they had not been paid for this hundred dollars until two years had passed and at two years they still did not contact me about this bill. They waited another year at the three year mark before they ever brought it to my attention . After I was at the facility to be infused. The billing clerk Michelle, came in and informed me that I would not get an infusion unless I pay the bill that they failed to send To either of my two insurance companies. For them to deny any healthcare over something that was clearly their mistake and now they are claiming that I should’ve kept up with the bills and known that the hundred dollar bill had not been paid is unbelievable. I’m calling Social Services on this facility. They still have my medication and I have nowhere to be infused. I was refused treatment on. July 8th. Mu neuro surgeons office contacted them on the same day to see about a painting my medication from them. On July 14, my neurosurgeon office had still not heard from infusion partners. My neurosurgeon’s office reached out to them again on July 15. The only information we obtained was Someone reading to my neurosurgeon‘s office about the conflict over the bill. No other solutions being offered to get my medication to me. I have not been contacted by infusion partners to date. I am now a complete week overdue for my medication
