Renew Hydration

Was feeling very poor after 48hrs of diarrhea and nausea. Not bad enough for ER (yet) but definitely needed fluids as I wasn't drinking enough or keeping it in. Jon was able to come out the same day and give me a IV fluids. Online registration was a one page form. Jon was easy to chat with and very knowledgeable with his background as an EMT and firefighter. They are located out of Nicholasville and do not have a brick and mortar location so they travel to your home or location for service. Allowing services to be more budget friendly. The total for my services was approx $155, and Jon left in just under an hour. A self pay trip urgent care alone would have been about $130 and I have yet to find any UC that will do IV fluids. An ER visit would have been hours of waiting and "wasting" time of the ER staff for at least a couple grand. I will be looking into their services for glp 1 medications also as my insurance has changed and I must pay my entire deductible before they will cover Mounjaro even as a T2D. If you need it fast, reasonably priced, want superb customer service, and fabulous insight, these are the people for you.

John was truly amazing. I have done IV therapy in other cities. But the mobile high end service Renew provided was perfect after a long day on the bourbon trail. I will call him again for my next trip!

The owners are amazing people and truly do care about their clients. I’m 24 weeks pregnant and was in serious need of assistance and relief. They knew exactly what to do and were able to arrive to assist me ASAP. The service is amazing, quality is amazing and the family that owns the company is amazing. Truly a blessing!

The Renew crew have been coming to my mom in her assisted living facility every other week to give her a bag of fluids. Prior to Renew, she’d end up in the ER for fluids and rehydration. The Renew Crew have been amazing in helping to take care of my mom!

Great experience, not over priced and get to sit in the comfort of your own home. They come to you. Very nice and explains everything to you. Highly recommended.
