Prime IV off Richmond Road in Lexington delivers an atmosphere that is smooth, calm, and genuinely relaxing from the moment you walk in. The massage chairs alone are almost worth the price of admission. They elevate the entire experience and make it easy to settle in and unwind. As for the long-term science and benefits, the jury is still out for me. These types of treatments really show their value over multiple sessions, so it is hard to make a definitive call after limited visits. What is not in question, however, is the quality of the staff and service. The team is extraordinarily professional, highly informative, and clearly focused on educating clients without ever feeling pushy. At the same time, they remain warm and personable. The pricing structure can feel a bit complicated at first, but the staff makes a genuine effort to walk you through options and help you get the most value for your money. Overall, a very polished and comfortable experience.

Safe for those Needle-phobic. WOW, what an incredible experience. I began the day with hip and knee pain, back aching, severe headache and more - plus I was completely dehydrated. The choice was clear: emergency room or Prime IV Hydration & Wellness. As a new client, I made my appointment online this morning (easy peasy!) and was welcomed warmly when the location opened at 10am. I filled out a short medical questionnaire, reviewed my health with a nurse practitioner, and was approved to have IV hydration. I received a VERY caring and professional IV insertion - practically painless. Next the nurse put warm socks on my feet and showed me to the all-encompassing and most heavenly reclining massage chair. The dark, cool, relaxing room was wonderful and transported me into a very restful state. Seat warmer and hand massage options. I felt completely invigorated after a total time of 1 hr 45 minutes. I am experiencing energy, focus and an overall feeling of wellbeing. I must have been dehydrated for a long time. I feel amazing and cannot wait to return! VERY excited about their upcoming hormone replacement therapy oils that will arrive in the next year. Watch this space!

I felt like I needed some restoration to balance out my body and wanted to try IV hydration to improve my overall health. It is such a relaxing and soothing experience and I can tell the difference with the Myer's Cocktail with increased energy and better balance with my digestion.
