Had the pleasure of visiting this amazing and well equipped recovery/wellness space. The equipment is state of the art and the staff are very knowledgeable and capable. If you are looking to recovery, relax or level up your biology….i would highly recommend Emily and Ashe to make you feel right at home. Will definitely be back when I’m in town. Had my first infrared sauna experience last week. Emily was very thorough on walking me thru how the sauna works and its benefits. The room was spotless and relaxing. I was able to hook up music thru their Bluetooth speakers which helped pass the time. Highly recommend Recovery Room.

They keep me on the road! Aches and pains are a constant reminder of age when you are a Masters Athlete. Recovery Room offers a wide variety of treatments to keep you moving long after your prime! Personally, they have kept me training for fall marathons by helping keep my inflation under control and treating an aggravated knee. Emily is very knowledgeable about how to best treat your ailments so be sure to share with her what you are looking to recover from!

Emily is so genuine and explains everything throughly! I came for the first time and got the IV Immune Booster to help fight a lingering sickness and I can’t recommend enough!
