They are kind, patient, and genuinely care about their clients. They’ve made me feel confident and comfortable throughout my tattoo removal process and always take the time to make sure everything is easy for me.

Carly handled the start of my tattoo removal, and she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and really knew what she was doing. Chloe was fantastic at the front desk super friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. She made check-in easy, answered all my questions, and created a great first impression the moment I walked in.

It was my first time visiting Removery’s Lexington location and I had a great experience! I decided to come here since the Louisville location was fully booked until late January due to staffing shortages, and I needed something more convenient. My laser specialist, Carly, was incredibly kind and patient—which is so important during something as uncomfortable as a tattoo removal session. She made the whole process feel much more manageable. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience at Removery and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering tattoo removal!
