I have had MANY facials in my life, Racheal is the most attentive, caring, calming energy, and gave me the best facial of my life!! She has so many fabulous brushes and techniques that I’ve never experienced before! The brushes she uses feel like silky clouds, she does a wonderful hand and arm massage while your products set with steam. I felt like I was walking on a cloud leaving her one of a kind facials. Can’t wait for my next!!

UPDATE - Top Notch customer service from the owner, Ashley. She not only offered to make up my facial experience but really rolled out the red carpet for me. Rachel was so friendly and phenomenal professional expert with my skin. 24 hours later and my skin feels like a million bucks even in the cold, dry weather. Ashley wrote me a personal letter and I truly appreciate their hospitality and professional customer service approach. Although this spa is a good 35 minutes away, I will be back to experience this luxurious spa. A dear friend bought me a gift certificate as I have never been to this day spa. I was very excited to splurge on a day for myself…I mean who doesn’t love a massage and a facial!! I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. The spa was so pretty and decorated for the holidays. Alexis greeted me and provided a quick run through of my Apothe package that I scheduled. The room and massage table was so cozy and relaxing. I often have regular massages so this was a very special treat to try this lymphatic drainage special treatment. Alexis has “heavenly hands” they were the perfect pressure and really hit my tough spots. The massage was top notch and one of the top 10 massages I have received globally !!! Next included in the package was Silke Facial…while I’m sitting in a very comfortable robe, I observe someone sitting there eating their lunch. Listen, I have no problem with employees eating but my appointment time shouldn’t be impacted by the therapist lunch. She wraps up her lunch and then escorts me into another beautiful and comfortable room. I got comfy and waited for a good 8 minutes before she arrived back in the room. I have had a few facials in my day but after reading the overview I thought this facial was going to be amazing. Sadly, it wasn’t it…felt incredibly rushed, no explanation of what she was doing other than the impurities portion. There were a few times while products were absorbing and it was just awkward. Other spas massage the head, neck, shoulders and hands during this time…the massage portion was absolutely lacking in this facial for sure. Ana also let me walk out of the room with mascara smeared below my eyes which was so awesome, not ! I went to restroom and saw that, thankfully there were supplies available. I don’t understand the $8.97 processing fee on a $300 package and that was never explained, as I noticed that after the fact. The facial was incredibly disappointing but that massage might have me come back again.

This was my very first time getting a massage and Alexis was so wonderful! The whole room was incredibly relaxing with a warm bed, low lighting, calming music, the whole deal. I had some AWFUL knots and tension in my neck and shoulders that Alexis gently worked on in the 30 mins that I had. I only wish I would’ve scheduled the 60 min appointment lol. Great experience, would definitely recommend.

We traveled to Lexington, Kentucky for a big extended family vacation. Our sister had a milestone birthday so we decided a spa day was in order!! I found A New You Spa online and worked with the staff to accommodate 9 of us with multiple services including a variety of massages and facials. We brought drinks and charcuterie boards and enjoyed our afternoon at the spa. The staff was beyond FABULOUS! We LOVED all of our treatments. The staff was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to explain some of the techniques to us!! We would definitely come back here if ever visiting Lexington again! If you live nearby, this should for sure be your SPA GO TO!!!🤩

I have been going to Ashley for over 2 years now for lash lifts. I will never go anywhere else! I never have to wear mascara anymore because of these lash lifts. The spa is always so clean, all the staff are so sweet and welcoming, and Ashley always does an amazing job! Highly recommend.
