⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. This is a small, family-owned business, and the care they provide truly shows in every part of the experience. I booked a two-hour massage with Nina, and it was, without question, the best massage I have ever received in my entire life. I have paid significantly more for massages elsewhere, and none have come close to the level of skill, intuition, and attention Nina provided. The session was thorough, intentional, and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely renewed. I am not from the Lexington area, but this experience was so exceptional that I will now gladly drive four hours on a regular basis to return. That alone speaks to the quality of care offered here. I cannot recommend Nina and this business highly enough to anyone looking for an outstanding massage.

I booked a couples massage the day after valentines for my husband and I, We had scheduled online the week before. When we arrived the woman who greeted us clearly had no idea we were coming, she had no one else working. We were then sent to their second location (I will have to go back and find the name). We arrived at the second location, another young woman greeted us, immediately took my card to pay for the service then told us we would have to wait for someone else to arrive because it was just her. Through both interaction at both locations, we had to speak with a translator app (not part of the problem at all but definitely made it harder to communicate.) We waited about 30 minutes to begin. While waiting the woman made it seem like our couples massage would be done in separate rooms at separate times. Once we finally started, the two woman working on us talked the entire time and applied far to much pressure. I squirmed and expressed pain, she would stop and move to another spot and then go right back. It was not a relaxing experience and we left in so much pain. I woke up today with bruises and res marks all over my back. They sat over our head on the tables, they sat on the tables beside us and again talked to each other the entire time. Once we were finished, we walked out and the two woman were waiting at the counter with the receipt I had signed my name on earlier and shined a flashlight at the tip line waiting for me to write on it. I wasn’t going to tip anything but ultimately felt bad and put $10, she asked me if it meant 10 for each and I said no. They laughed at me and the made fun of the price to each other. We left and will not be back, I hope to be getting my money back soon as well.

I had a 60-minute massage appointment scheduled at Red Rose Massage Spa. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a staff member who did not speak English. Communication was limited and conducted primarily through a translation application. I was led into a treatment room and instructed through gestures to undress from the waist up. The room did not have a door, only a curtain, which I closed for privacy. I lay face down on the table, and the individual returned and covered me with a blanket. During the massage, I experienced significant discomfort. The pressure applied was inconsistent and uncoordinated, particularly in the kidney and lower back area, causing pain rather than therapeutic relief. The technique appeared untrained and unsafe. Due to the discomfort and difficulty communicating, I requested that the massage be stopped. After dressing, I went to the front desk. At that time, I observed that no professional licenses were displayed. I asked whether the staff were licensed massage therapists. One individual stated that they were not licensed. Another individual joined the conversation via FaceTime and told me that I did not have the right to ask about licensure, claiming I was not part of a governing body. As someone familiar with professional licensure standards and consumer rights, I am aware that massage establishments are required to display valid licenses and that clients have the right to verify licensure. I expressed this concern and was then told to leave the premises. Due to the lack of visible licensure, communication barriers, the unprofessional handling of the situation, and the physical discomfort I experienced, I left feeling unsafe and concerned about the legitimacy and legality of the services being provided at this establishment.

My mom, sister, & I all got massages yesterday. We did the package that included the massage, hot stones, oil, and cupping. We had a wonderful experience! The staff were so friendly and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. My massage was so relaxing I fell asleep during it a couple of times. Will definitely be returning for another massage soon… the quality and prices can’t be beat!

Very painful experience. I’ve had plenty of deep tissue massages, and have never felt so uncomfortable. I would like to note that there is an obvious language barrier and I had known this prior I probably wouldn’t have followed through with this massage because she literally did not understand me saying “Stop” and “that hurts.” She was putting her elbow in my spine it was extremely painful and I got the massage two days ago and I am still having pain. I would not recommend and be aware that just because it is cost effective does not mean go. Kind staff but I’m sure you can find kind staff and professionalism elsewhere.
