Kristi Nevels Massage Studio

I swear if I could give this woman 10 stars instead of five, I would!! I have been going to her for probably close to 10 years. I’ve had several back issues from taking care of my sick father every time I go to her I leave feeling 10 times better. She is an amazing massage therapist and her technique is amazing! She has also helped me when I carpal tunnel in my right hand through massage. It has never returned. She customizes every massage to whatever problem you’re dealing with Plus, she uses hot stones and cupping at no extra charge! Over the years I have had many massages, none compare to Kristi. Last year I moved out of Lexington and I live one hour from her studio. When I am in need of a massage, I happily make that 1 hour drive because I now trust no one else. You might think you don’t have to be careful with choosing a massage therapist but trust me you do. In the past I’ve had horrible damage done to my back from a massage therapist that obviously did not know what they’re doing. I honestly cannot recommend Kristi’s studio enough! She’s also a wonderful person and over the years has become a friend.❤️

Every time I leave I have way better range of motion and feel ten times better! Kristi is awesome and will adjust therapy to your level and preferences. Love the use of cups and hot stones to help loosen up my muscles.

I have a cyst on my spinal cord. Nothing can be done but treat the symptoms. Kristi loosened 90% of my tension . I have a long way to go, and I'll never be 100%, but she gave me at least one good day. Anyone with syringomyelia will know how rare a good day is. Thank you so much! I will be back!
