Deka Lash

Since it seems my original review was deleted: do not go here. It’s not worth the money, the lashes will fall out within a few days, it will take at least a week to get in contact with someone, and they are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. With any luck they’ll go out of business soon

I have been a loyal customer Deka Lash for over a year without any issues, but today was beyond disappointing. Out of nowhere, just 45 minutes before my appointment, I received a text saying my appointment was canceled because the business is closing. No explanation, no prior notice—just a last-minute cancellation. This is completely unprofessional. If a business is shutting down, the right thing to do would be to honor existing appointments or at least provide more than a few minutes’ notice. It feels incredibly shady and inconsiderate, especially for customers who had important events like weddings or special occasions and were suddenly left scrambling. On top of that, I haven’t been able to get any clear answers regarding my membership—whether it will be canceled properly and if I will still be charged. The lack of communication and accountability is alarming. I’m not sure what’s going on with Deka Lash, but based on this experience, if they ever reopen, I would strongly advise against taking your business here. This is not how you treat loyal customers.

Here’s my experience with them: I purchased a membership so I went back for 3 months to get refills. The first couple of rimes were nice. My lashes looked great. However, on the 3rd refill I noticed my extensions were falling off very quickly (about 3-5 days after getting a refill). I went back and they did genuinely take care of me. They fixed the issue; which was all about placement and technique. I had no issues with them falling out so quickly, once I stayed with the tech who did them right. Fast forward to roughly refill #5 or #6 and the next day I got a HORRIBLE case of blepharitis! I’ve never had this in my life! My lash line is flaking, itchy, red, and my natural lashes have fallen out. I have been treating it for over a month now and I STILL have the infection, although it is slowly improving. I want to cry with this experience. I had nice natural lashes to begin with, so I HIGHLY regret getting lash extensions. All this to say that the staff is friendly and customer service is great, but NOT worth the risks associated. I think I have given up on lash extensions altogether. 😢

Came and got test lashes on both eyes before I committed…. I had a bad allergic react in the past when I got lashes. Lexie was great in explaining the different types of adhesives they have for that specific problem. After 5 days no reaction to the test lashes so I went in for a full set. I wanted very subtle and not a lot of curl and again… Lexie listened and did an amazing job!!! They are very patient and will listen to your concerns… I would highly recommend going here!!

I’ve been going to Deka lash for about 2 years. I have booked with Alison (master lash artist) every single time minus a couple of events. My lashes stay in place for well over 3 weeks. I have sensitive eyes which requires a different adhesive Alison has been more than accommodating in trying what is best for my eyes. I enjoy the long natural look which I receive every time. I recommend Deka for a quality set of lashes. Any of the staff there can do a quality set of lashes.
