I booked a last minute appointment with Tiffany S. for a highlight, shampoo, cut, and style. She did amazing! My hair looks fabulous and she had the most gentle hands. I am extreme tender headed, and she was so easy, calming, and relaxing. I never flinched, not once! My cut is sooo cute! I always come here, but she is the first stylist that I will now request when I book. Loved her and her talent!

I have the best experience here! Michael is truly the only person I trust with my hair. Every single time I sit in his chair, I know I’m going to walk out feeling confident and loving my hair. He listens, he’s honest, and his talent is unmatched. Whether it’s a big change or just a refresh, he always delivers beyond expectations. I didn’t want to have to post this but, here it is! I came in and was placed with a women named Tiffany, had a consultation once I arrived, I showed her an inspo picture and she assured me she could do it. I was upset once I seen my hair after she finished because it was nothing compared to what I had asked for and I told her that! She was also going to charge me for things she didn’t even do that she said she was going to do Which is crooked! She was “apologetic” and I was informed by her that she spoke with her manager and was told to let me know to come back the next day for it to be fixed no charge. Before I left I was still charged $100 which I felt was very wrong. I shouldn’t have been charged anything but I kept my cool and paid it and left. I came in the next day and was talked to as if I was looking for free services or something. I was told, “ we will have to charge you for some of the fixing we are doing to your hair today!” Followed by , “ what you paid last night is nothing compared to what you would’ve had to pay for full services!” ALSO, “next time you come in you will have to pay full price for services!” I told the manager or owner whoever it was, that I no longer felt comfortable with them touching my hair or even being there, and that I would rather pay full price elsewhere for my hair to be done correctly! And I no longer wanted services and I walked out! She called me on my way home to apologize and was assuring me they could fix it, I kept repeating that I need to wait at this point because of the damage done to my hair and I didn’t want to have to cut it off, she informed me she would put a note on my account to receive free service for fixing it in 30 days, I agreed and said thanks! But I can’t get over how I was made to feel when I came back for them to fix what was messed up by them so I will NEVER return. Instead of arguing I just agreed!

Mollie Dotson did an amazing job saving my hair! Came in looking choppy, heavy, and unsure what kind of haircut it was. Left feeling light, flirty, and confident! If this were a smoothie place, she would be a master 'blender' 😆❤️ thank you, Mollie!
