I have been going to Savvy since 2022! Michael & Savannah are absolutely amazing! Michael’s lash work is amazing! I receive so many compliments from complete strangers on how great my lashes look! He is always professional and accommodating. I have also had several facials/peels, etc with him and my skin looks and feels amazing every time! Savannah has done my microblading and it is a game changer for anyone that struggles with uneven brows. I highly recommend both of them! - Kristin L.

I went here for the first time to get my lashes done. They are on average $70 more than others. I thought I’d get the best lashes for the price. I was wrong. They are very nice, but this was the worst lash job I’ve had and I paid the most for it. Don’t recommend.

I had lip blushing and eyeliner done today, Michael Vaughn is a true master and a perfectionist!. I am so very pleased with my results thus far. I go back in 6 weeks for a follow up appointment for both. Last week, I was scheduled for an eyelash lift/ curl. They had to cancel it that am due to the esthetician that was going to do my treatment was sick. I got a text and phone call within 15 minutes from the owner Stephanie, they could still keep the appointment, Michael came in on his day off to do my treatment. Again, awesome service and I love my lash lift Thanks!

My husband made an appt with an female over the phone on August 15. He put it on our shared calendar. Showed up to my appt on August 29th and they don’t have record of it. The girl was out in her car when I arrived and only came in after I walked in. Asked what I was doing, told her I had an appt, she couldn’t find it. Explained my husband had made the appt. She proceeds to show me a text chain where she says she hasn’t heard from him. I explained he had called so it would not have been on text. She proceeds to just argue that my husband is a liar and didn’t make an appt! I say, ok my husband wouldn’t have put it on our calendar if he didn’t make an appt and you don’t have an appt on your book so obviously it wasn’t transposed so whoever made it on your end didn’t input it or save it. No apology. She was unbelievably rude. Wasted 1.5 of my time driving there and dealing with her rudeness which was three times the value of said facial. I have now heard from other friends in discussing this business that the rudeness and problems with making appts are not a one time occurrence and seem to be an ongoing problem. So buyer beware.
