I’ve had two procedures done with Dr. Nimtz; a breast lift and later a tummy tuck with fat grafting and I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Dr. Nimtz is absolutely amazing at what he does. His skill, attention to detail, and calm confidence made me feel safe and supported every step of the way. What makes this office even more exceptional is that his wife works alongside him. Together, they make an incredible team. Mrs. Nimtz provides her direct contact information, and any time I had a question or concern, she responded quickly and thoroughly. The level of communication and care from both of them is unmatched. Both of my surgeries were wonderful experiences from start to finish. I felt informed, cared for, and genuinely valued as a patient. I will absolutely be returning to them for any future plastic surgery needs. Highly recommended!

Commonwealth Plastic Surgery is a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Dr Nimtz and his wife Renee provide outstanding patient experience. Renee is always available through call or text, ready to answer all your questions and responds promptly which is was an extremely important aspect for me personally. You are treated with good bedside manner and professionalism all while making you feel very comfortable. Most importantly, I am satisfied with my results! I plan to be a repeat patient!
