I cannot say enough good things about Jiyoung. She is truly exceptional. Jiyoung is a highly educated, licensed nurse who takes her craft seriously and approaches skin care with both precision and heart. She stays current, thoughtful, and intentional in everything she does which really shows in her knowledge, technique, and attention to detail Beyond her clinical skill, her bedside manner is outstanding. She is kind, calm, friendly, and genuinely “salt of the earth.” She makes you feel completely comfortable, heard, and cared for from the moment you walk in. She never rushes, explains everything clearly, and is incredibly generous with her time. She has done my PDO threads, handles all of my Botox and filler, and last night spent two full hours with me — including microneedling — purely out of care and generosity. After every appointment, she follows up personally to make sure I’m happy with the results and that I’m not experiencing any pain or issues. That level of follow-through is rare and means everything. If you are looking for someone who is not only skilled and educated, but also deeply compassionate and ethical in her work, Jiyoung is it. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go to anyone else.
