Kainos Aesthetics has the top injectors in Lexington, Kentucky–hands down. I personally see Mallory, and she is amazing. She’s incredibly educated, experienced, and truly takes the time to explain everything, which makes you feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, and the customer service is always outstanding. The aestheticians are fabulous as well– everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. If you’re looking for experience, expertise, and an all-around great aesthetic experience, This is the place I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Kainos Aesthetics has been an outstanding experience for me. My wife first took me to one of their open houses, and from the moment we walked in, everyone was truly amazing. We were so impressed that we joined the monthly membership plan, and I can honestly say it has done wonders for my skin. They may not be able to fix my ugliness, lol, but my face and skin are in the best shape they have ever been. Hadeel does most of my services, and she is absolutely incredible. She is so knowledgeable, takes her time, and always explains things about my skin in a way that helps me understand how to keep it healthy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to get the best results possible. I also get Dysport treatments from Elise, the nurse practitioner, and she is just as impressive. She is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to educate me about facial health and what is best for my skin. That level of care and professionalism really stands out. Carolyn also deserves recognition because she does an amazing job with scheduling and is always so pleasant to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the products they offer and is always a joy to be around. As a man, I can honestly say I have no problem or anxiety about going to an aesthetics spa for treatments, especially at Kainos Aesthetics. They make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for. Do yourself a favor and book a consultation. Once you go, you will understand exactly what I am saying.

Kainos is the best! The owners Mallory and Rachael are the best in the business, I have all of the trust in them-they do such incredible work it speaks for itself. Their med spa is so beautiful, coupled with such sweet and knowledgeable staff. They spare no detail in the experience from start to finish, no matter what level of treatment you are receiving. I get regular Botox, and have done micro needling, moxi and bbl lasers with Kainos and would highly recommend to anyone!

Kainos is the best medispa in Lexington!! I use Mallory, I always trust her judgement because she takes the time to talk through everything and executes exactly what I’m wanting. I’ve been super happy with everything I've had done. All the employees are very welcoming and kind as well. It’s overall a pleasant experience.

The absolute best!!! Mallory is INCREDIBLE at what she does. My daughter and I travel from New Jersey because we love (and trust) her so much. My Tox facial with Cailin was also fabulous!! The ladies at Kainos make you feel spectacular!! I’m already looking forward to my next visit!!
