I highly recommend Smooth Skin by Lynn. She is completely professional and ethical. She explains everything and makes sure you are not being taken advantage. She explained to me when to come in for my next treatments to ensure that the electrolysis treatment is being done correctly. She does not take advantage of me to make money. She is kind and treats all her patients with great respect. When I first arrived I thought my situation could not be fixed. She has been amazing in fixing everything so I no longer have to be embarrassed by facial hair.

Her service has improved my daily life by eliminating most of the time I was spending on grooming—tweezing is a thing of the past. She provided detailed orientation during my first visit explaining the science behind electrolysis and giving me a good idea of what to expect about time I’d have to invest and about potential pain. (Pain has not been a problem for me except for a small number of sensitive areas. Lynn makes these manageable with simple breathing exercises.) I started out with a lot of unwanted facial hair. My first electrologist was knowledgeable, experienced and kind. However, her equipment was not the most up to date and the result while successful was quite painful. I moved to Kentucky and found Lynn. She is a blessing. Her equipment is the most modern and up to date that is available. The result is a very tolerable experience during which I can almost go to sleep. Lynn is professional, skilled and compassionate.
