Just completed my Ballancer Pro recovery treatment for my abdomen, torso & upper arms. I highly suggest this treatment to anyone who is considering surgery from Sonobello. First, The entire staff from beginning to finish is amazing. I’m always greeted with a smile, eye contact & my questions & concerns were quickly answered. My scheduled appointments were on time and ready when I arrived. The Balancer Pro compression treatment was essential for my quick recovery. It reduces swelling ,inflammation & is very relaxing. If you are considering a body contour - I highly recommend Sonobello. My results are amazing !!

I did a lot of research before I came to Sono Bella for my consultation. Once you take your first step in, you are welcomed in as "family". Every little detail was answered, followed up, care was over the top!!! The Staff is simply amazing...My procedure was done in Cincinnati, however I have been going to the Lexington office for some other treatments and you can NOT beat their staff!! Shout out to Audrey for all you do!!

Audrey always goes above and beyond to help and is always friendly and helpful. From my first visit at Sono Bello Lexington Savannah made sure all my questions were answered and guided me through the entire process. These ladies made the whole process so much easier!

Go to BBB and check reviews there horrible customer service went to the Sono Bolo Lexington Kentucky Office on October 29 for an appointment and I met Miss savannah and we did choice to do a chest EX and ABEX and hips but she did not explain all the process. She did recommend me d. on Tennessee. Nashville I did take my clothes off and she did mention which area the doctor will work with it as the hips the chest and lower abdomen and she told me the final price is 10,690 and I did a Care credit loan plane she told me I can pay every month and I did pay upfront $1000 deposit she told me I can’t go on November 26 to see the doctor for the appointment for the surgery. I didn’t know that Savanna is only financial Lady. I was thinking she’s the doctor assistant I wait for my appointment and I get shocked from what I heard from the doctor. He mentioned different area and different price that Miss saphena did not mission win. I went to the appointment with her. Everything is different. She show me and told me a mention the area not as the same with the doctor say I felt shocked disappointed and devastating is look like a trap, you go hear something. Then you see something different completely is different what I heard from100% completely different from what I did heard from Mis savannah even the doctor mentioned that’s a lot of people coming from the Lexington office mislead and misinformation aunt as I talked to the doctor everything is different and the price is different and the area is different. I did stayed in Tennessee with my family in the hotel. I was waiting for my surgery but after all, I heard it was completely different not as planned . I did talk a lady manager assistant She told me to contact Lexington office it was thing is given and the office is closed. I just sent email call but no response back on Friday the 28th. I went back to the office of Tennessee and the manage I talked to them and they told me I can cancel my procedure and think about the procedure for future because it was misunderstanding and conflict and misleading from the Lexington office and they told me I will get my Care credit loan plain closed on my refund back only in 72 hour. I did get my Care credit a plane closed or refunded, but I didn’t get my bank deposit refund back. I’ve been reaching sending email calling. I didn’t get a response. Only the response I get I called Tennessee they told me to talk to Lexington. I talk to Lexington they told me to talk to Tennessee so it is back for word and forward. Is this the way you treat your client? Is this the way how you do the business with the people? I feel very disappointed. I don’t not leave any bad of review I had a very bad experience first time being in. I only need your help to get my refund back my deposit of $1000. It wasn’t my fault it was the Lexington Office. They talk to me about a completely different deal and when I went to Tennessee, it’s completely different deal this is not fair. All I want is my Deposit refund back if anyone can help so please help and understand my situation. I had a very bad experience. All I did want for the Lexington office and I did get trapped. and there false information and advertising and trap people and take people money people need to be held accountable because they do it over and over again and they don’t care about there clients at all or there reputation at all
