Uptown Laser Hair Removal

I am so glad I finally made the decision to get laser hair removal. After not having a good experience years ago at a different med spa, I was nervous about trying to get the treatments done again. But Uptown Laser Hair Removal has been a much better experience. Kathy and staff made me feel much more at ease and they work with you to get you the best price for you. The process has been easy and stress free and there is not much pain. I would recommend anyone to go here if you think you may benefit from laser hair removal!

I am Scottish and Italian with very dark, thick hair and fair sensitive skin. I have been going to Uptown since 2023, and I absolutely love it. The staff is so kind and always makes my experience efficient and comfortable. The nurses are all extremely professional, and I feel like I’m in good hands no matter who I see. I originally did a large area and received a small area for free when I signed up. They were very patient and explaining the process and science behind it to me, and laying out my options before I ever signed anything. I was already budgeting for waxing appointments, and the monthly payment for laser being slightly higher than waxing for permanent results was worth it to me. The pain in my experience is definitely tolerable, and Uptown can get you a prescription for numbing cream at any point in your treatment (I think I finally caved at my 6th). One of the things I didn’t like about waxing at all was having to wait for it to grow back in between each appointment. But between each laser appointment, you get a really sweet hairless period where you basically aren’t growing hair at all. And each time you have another treatment, the remaining hair is thinner and sparser. Even with areas that have only been treated one or two times, the maintenance in between appointments is so remarkably easier than before I had started a treatment. I recommend Uptown to all my friends! It’s a quality worthwhile investment in a wonderful environment. You won’t regret it!

Where do I start! The facility is very clean, calm, and an esthetic for treatment. Very welcoming to all! The staff is always knowledgeable, comforting, and most of all understanding. I've been treated by all nurses and each one of them gave an experience of integrity and support. I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

The staff is incredible, kind, professional, and skillful. They made sure, each time, that I was comfortable and the discomfort was tolerable. They also explained the process, expected results at various points, and benefits. I also got a reminder about sunscreen 😊 The location is clean and inviting. The results give me joy and are impressive 🩷 I will likely do other areas!
